Man with gun in fed building gets probation

Here’s a good one, and look: it’s from right-here in my current court-enforced county of residence—Lackawanna County, PA! This clown, Tobias Ross, saunters into the William J. Nealon Federal Building here in Scranton, falsely claims to be a U.S. Marshall; and one more thing—ready? …he’s packing fuckin’ heat!

But that’s not even the best part. He’s done this before! Yes, this is the second Federal Building he’s entered with a gun under false pretenses! He had already pulled a similar stunt at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Building in Washington, D.C.

But, dear readers, that’s not even the best part. The best part is Judge Blewitt of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, decided to sentence Mr. Ross with… wait… maybe you should sit down… probation! My heart be still!

Countless drug addicts, that’s a-d-d-i-c-t-s, not d-e-a-l-e-r-s, are “sent-up” on drug charges for hard State-Prison time every week here in Pennsylvania. This model citizen strolls into a Federal Building, post 9-1-1, with a gun—twice! …and gets probation.

Somebody, anybody, please explain this to me.
