Pain Patch Paula?
UPDATE: 5/11/09—Late last week Abdul apparently told two radio shows that she never said she had been addicted to painkillers or checked into rehab. She claims that in the interview with Ladies Home Journal, where she’d allegedly admitted to battling a 12-year addiction to painkillers and checking into rehab, “that the magazine got it wrong and took her remarks out of context”.

Paula Abdul has finally admitted to what those of us familiar with opiates already new… that she was on something—and now we find that something turned out to be painkillers. This kinda thing is starting to become somewhat of an old story, but unfortunately this is just the kind of thing we need to bring increased awareness to what I have been referring to as the Painkiller Epidemic.
“I could have killed myself.”
Awareness breeds attention. Attention courts change.
